Our savory cafe menu uses local & organic produce, as well as free-range & local poultry & eggs. Any beef we use is grass-fed & grain-free. Our baked goods are made with care. This means detailed, beautiful, decorative work, as well as thoughtful ingredients. Our flour is unbleached, locally milled & organic, & our milk is local & hormone free. All of our sauces & dressings are made in house, & all of our meats are roasted in house. And our coffee is local, shade-grown, organic, & fair-trade.
