Smokey’s Story
Smokey is a grizzly old fella who spent years living in the foothills keeping mostly to himself. During that time westerly breezes carried the aroma of his secret rubs and sauces across the valley and folks were drawn to his little shack. Smokey didn't cotton to most people and preferred to keep mostly to himself. Nobody ever knew his real name so they nicknamed him Smokey and he became a legend in the county. To this day he likes to keep to himself and while you might get a peak of him roaming the kitchen from time to time, you will never see him out front socializing. He only has two loves, his BBQ and his Vols.
