Event Details
Learn how to create truffles with different cocoa profiles and then match them with the perfect wines! We will walk you through white chocolates all the way to extra dark varieties!
The truffle making portion of this workshop will be led by chef Pamela Clark of The Thyme Savor!
After prepping your truffles and letting them cool you will get to try each one during a wine tasting with Lauren Stevens, Founder of Joy Worthy & former wine rep!
It’s impossible to have a bad time when you have chocolate, wine & a rooftop view!!!
