David's Dumpling & Noodle Bar

Join us at David's Dumpling and Noodle Bar, a new restaurant at the corner of Hillsborough Street and Oberlin Road. This unique eatery is owned and operated by David Mao, a successful restaurant owner and culinary innovator in Raleigh since 1976. Over the years if you've eaten at The Mandarin House, The Abacus, The Great Mall of China, The China Cafe and Grille, and most recently, The Duck and Dumplin, then you've enjoyed Davids inspired menus.

Now open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week, featuring a Pan-Asian menu with touches of Chinese, Vietnamese, and Malaysian cuisines. As you might expect, there is a special emphasis on noodle and dumpling dishes. Lunch will offer more conventionally Asian fare, but still prepared with the flare and craftsmanship that David first showed as head chef of The Eskimo, a Chinese restaurant in Vietnam, over 45 years ago.
