Easily overlooked, but the quality of these exotic and rare meats are hard to beat! I just purchased some A5 Wagyu to try out and the prices are better than you can find online, and the service is helpful and very informative. I've also purchased venison here that was absolutely 1st class.
Can't beat fresh pasta from experienced chefs! The Burrata with the garlic pesto oil was an incredible start, and the fettuccine alla bolognese was stunning.
Started our meal with the cattle kabobs and they were on point. The bacon was crisped perfectly, and the flavors from the mushroom and peppers melded together. Steak is a bit pricey, but worth the cost. I missed the Kobe ribeye on the menu, but you better believe I'm trying it next time.
