What to expect:
Nourish your mind
Learn about the energies of fall: connecting your life to the concepts of harvest and compost.
Feel the vibration of gratitude, filling your mind with life-generating thoughts. Yoga & breathwork transport, leaving you open and receptive to the abundance that awaits in the quantum field.
Kava affects the gaba receptors in your brain, so it acts as a natural antidepressant.
Kava has been consumed as a safe, nonaddictive mood booster for thousands of years.
Nourish your body
Enjoy a nature walk to falls lake. Move your body, connect with the magnificence of nature. Energize and strengthen your body with an all-level yoga class. Vitalize and cleanse your cells and organs during breathwork.
Kava affects your central nervous system, so it acts as a mild muscle-relaxant and stress-reliever.
While some find the effects of kava to be intoxicating, kava doesn't impair you...
It doesn't affect your mental clarity or fine motor skills. So you'll feel relaxed but alert!
Nourish your spirit
Spend the day in our open, welcoming, accepting environment, surrounded by nature and allow the sessions, and practices we've curated, to bring you closer to your spirit. When the spirit is touched, we feel more alive, excited and purposeful in the world. Kava is an amazing social lubricant, as it provides a relaxing "Zen" feeling that helps to open your heart and mind.
Some people become more chatty when consuming kava, while others may feel peaceful or euphoric.
Either way, the effects are mild... You won't be dancing on tables or making rash decisions!
You'll just feel like the best, most chill version of yourself.
